I thought I would use this area to update everyone on how I am getting on with my resolutions 19 things to do in 2019 and also add this section to share all the new things I have gotten up to. (I just want to mention that I am not getting paid for mentioning any of the below, these are all products that I have used).
I have been using an app called Headspace for the last few weeks and find it really good. The layout is very straightforward and allows you to easily navigate around the app. It has lots of different exercises and categories that is sure to please everyone.
